23/07/10 - 15 new jobs at Glenavy's Little Cricketts

Susan Nightengale of Ulster Bank’s Lisburn business centre helps launch the new 3,500 sq ft Little Cricketts day nursery in Glenavy, country Antrim, which opens today. She is pictured with Noel McCloskey, who owns the firm with his wife Deirdre.

The investment by the couple in the new small business, which is being supported by Ulster Bank, is creating 15 new jobs.

Ulster Bank announced a fund of £300m earlier this year to support small and medium-sized businesses. This is in addition to lending to larger companies and to the £500m the bank has made available for mortgage lending in Northern Ireland.
